We measure our success by your results. Client onboarding is a priority, and we have a structured process to make the first 30 days productive.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes. You can switch between the Performance and Growth plans at any time with a simple request. If you need specific one-time work — such as a standalone SEO & AI Visibility Audit, a Competitive Intelligence Analysis, or an SEO Strategy — these can be ordered separately and run in parallel with your ongoing plan.
How will we communicate once we start?
Day-to-day communication runs through a dedicated client email. For larger or more complex engagements, we can set up a shared Slack workspace and regular Zoom calls. For projects requiring close cross-team collaboration, we can also work within your preferred project management system — Asana, Trello, or equivalent.
How are hours allocated each month?
Subscription hours are reserved to ensure your dedicated specialist’s availability. They can be pre-planned for specific tasks at the start of the month, or distributed throughout the month for ongoing availability as needs arise.
For one-time projects, hours are allocated as quickly as possible based on specialist availability to deliver the work at the earliest opportunity.
What guarantees do you offer?
All team members hold world-class SEO and AI Visibility credentials. In the rare case that you are not satisfied with the service, you can cancel with 30 days’ notice — no lock-in, no penalty. If we are unable to complete an agreed deliverable, we refund the relevant payment in full, no questions asked.

Can I use a plan across multiple websites?
Plans are configured for one primary website. However, businesses on the Performance Plan can accommodate up to two websites.
Do unused hours roll over?
Yes. Unused hours roll over on both the Performance and Growth plans. If you cancel, rolled-over hours are forfeited — but you can always use them before cancelling.
What if I need more hours than my plan includes?
You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time, or purchase additional hours in 10-hour packs at your plan’s hourly rate:
- Performance Plan — 10-hour pack: $750
- Growth Plan — 10-hour pack: $700
What is the minimum commitment period?
Both plans are month-to-month with a 30-day cancellation notice. There is no long-term lock-in. To see meaningful, compounding results, we recommend committing to at least six months — and for competitive markets, 12 months is where the full value of the program materializes.
How do I pay?
Plans are billed via Stripe or PayPal subscription, charged in advance at the start of each month.
